Paying for Claude with Monero

Monero is the first coin in the list on this site rather than the last, which is not an accident. If the reason you are paying in crypto is that you would rather not leave a public record, it is the only asset here that actually delivers that.

What is different about it

Bitcoin and every stablecoin write your sending address, the amount and the destination to a ledger anyone can read forever. Monero does not. Amounts are hidden, the sender is obscured among decoys, and the receiving address is not linkable to the payment. There is no lookup that ties your wallet to this order, because the data to perform it was never published.

What it costs you

Two things, and we would rather state them than let you find out. The swap spread on Monero is wider than on a major stablecoin, so slightly more of what you send is consumed by the conversion. Confirmation is also slower: expect ten to twenty minutes rather than the seconds a Tron transfer takes.

Neither is dramatic on a subscription-sized payment. Both are real.

Where to get it

Fewer exchanges list Monero than used to, and several large ones delisted it. Kraken still supports it in many jurisdictions, and there are atomic swap services that convert Bitcoin to Monero without an account. We do not have a recommendation to sell you here and no referral arrangement with any of them.

What we hold either way

An email address, because a gift link has to be sent somewhere. This domain records no IP address, no browser string and no referring page against an order, and the access log writes 0.0.0.0 in place of your address. Paying in Monero closes the ledger side of the trail. The rest was already closed.

Practicalities

The deposit address is issued for your order alone and holds for two hours, which is comfortable even at Monero's confirmation speed. Send the exact amount shown. Once it confirms we buy the subscription and email the link, usually within a few hours.
