Terms, and what will not happen

Most of what matters here is what this site will not do, so that comes first.

Things that will not happen

You will not be asked for identity documents. You will not be asked for a name, a phone number or an address. Your IP will not be stored against your order or written to the server log. Your email will not be added to any list, sold, or handed to anyone. There is no account to create and no password to lose.

What the service is

An independent buyer. Crypto goes in, an official Claude gift subscription comes back, redeemed on your own Anthropic account. No affiliation with Anthropic exists or is claimed.

The exchange

Your deposit is swapped by a third-party provider. That provider sees the coins, amounts and addresses involved, because it has to. It does not see your email. No promises are made on its behalf.

Quote and window

The crypto amount is locked when you order and the address stays valid for 120 minutes. Miss the window and nothing has happened: no funds arrived, nothing is owed, place another order.

Wrong amounts, wrong chains

Send the exact amount on the network shown. A different amount needs a human to resolve, which is done on request with the order code and transaction hash. A cross-chain send is sometimes recoverable and never quickly.

Getting money back

Refundable before the subscription is bought, less network fees. Not refundable once a code has been issued, because it has been spent.

What you are trusting

The gap between sending funds and receiving a code. That is real and stating it plainly is more useful than a clause disclaiming it. Start with a single month if this is your first order here.

Where responsibility ends

Liability is capped at the order value. Anthropic may change its plans or withdraw gift subscriptions at any time, which no third party can control.
